Margaret Melissa Jane Trett Brown
1st great grandmother & great grand aunt
As the wife of John Waggonfield Brown, Margaret Melissa Jane is my third great grandmother and as the daughter of my grandfather, Ira Goff Trett, she is my 2nd great grand aunt. Her story and that of her children is located under John Waggonfield Brown. She was a strong, religious woman and my father was very fond of her and loved telling stories about her shenanigans.
